Collaborated with the SVP and VP of Handbags to develop new design groups supporting Kate Spade’s evolving brand identity. Traveled to Italy to manage prototype development with factories and meet with vendors regarding new novelty fabrications and materials. Partnered cross-functionally with Product Development and Merchandising to oversee prototypes from the initial development stage through bulk production, ensuring design intent and quality were maintained throughout the process.
